Welcome to Fit 4 Mom. I'm Jenna- Mom, wife, runner, Physical Therapist, etc etc etc. I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant with baby #3. I want to share a little bit about balancing fitness and healthy eating with my biggest responsibilities in life- my kids, my husband and my work!
I won't pretend I eat healthy all the time and never miss a workout- that's not real life and its especially not real life with little kids. I try to do the best I can on any given day, and I would like to share how I (try) and make that work. I'm not sure exactly where this blog will go but if it allows me to connect with other moms and/or help someone make changes in their life for the better then it will have served its purpose!
About my family, I have 2 little boys and we are adding a little girl to our family in November. Our world of trucks, Legos, superheros and tools is going to be changing. I love seeing the influence exercise has on my family- to my boys going for a run or lifting weights is just a part of life.
